Vocab Journey

The Vocab Journey Method

Thank you Jorge Sampere for sharing this method for learning a new language in one year.

Jorge speaks five languages and he’s currently working on number six!

Step 1. Learn 25 verbs in past, present and future simple.

Step 2. Each week, read an article and figure out what it says (use dictionaries or whatever resources you prefer) and extract 23 new words, including at least 3 verbs.

That’s it!

Of course, now that you have some vocab and you’re figuring out some grammar you will now use the language you acquire to have conversations, but this method, according to Jorge, is the backbone of the one year learning journey.

Good luck!
